Conditions Update

It's going to be cold again. Today, the high will be 7 degrees, and three mph sustained winds will prevail throughout the day. The sun could peek out in the afternoon.

While the cold is making our snowpack harder, given the lack of recent snowfall, our base still has some pockets of softer snow. The sun generally creates that crusty icy layer on top. Which added to cold overnight temps, creates questionable ski conditions. However, because it has been overcast, the snow on top in some areas is relatively soft.
