Are there any additional fees?
- Park entry fees and fishing licenses (when needed) are not included in the tour cost.
What is the duration of the tours?
- Depending on the adventure you pick, times can vary from 6 hours for a half-day to 10 to 12 hours for a full day.
What about food?
- We will provide bottled water and snacks on all tours. You may bring along additional snacks or beverages if you choose. Full-day tours additionally include breakfast and lunch.
Will you pick us up at Grand Targhee?
- Yes! We'll meet you right outside of the lodging check in building. Not staying at Targhee? No problem! We'll pick you up wherever you are!
Can trips be customized?
- All trips are private, and your guide will work with your group to get the most out of the day.

Payment Terms
Full Payment Due at Booking: To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the payment has been processed and received.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we have structured our cancellation policy to offer some flexibility while ensuring fairness.
- Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your reservation between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel
- To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team via email at ynpkayaks@gmail.com or phone at 307-690-9350. The cancellation request must be received and confirmed by our team to be processed.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
