Dogsled Tours

3 Mile Private Tour at Grand Targhee

See Targhee from a different perspective when you embark on a dogsled tour with Call of the WYld.

We'll start our journey by meeting at our staging cabin located in the southwestern corner of the lowest parking lot at Grand Targhee Ski Resort. After being introduced to your musher we'll load up in the sled, and head out on groomed, non-motorized traffic trails. We start by following the edge of an open meadow, and then it's off into the woods as we travel along the base of the resort. We'll pop out in a second open meadow for plenty of photos and to take a short break to meet the team, before heading back to our staging area through beautiful snow covered forest sections of trail.

Expect to be out on the trail, for approximately 40-45 minutes depending on weather conditions. There will be elevation gain and loss throughout the tour, please be aware that you may need to enter and exit the sled at times on trail to assist the musher. Please give us a call if you have any mobility or physical fitness questions or concerns. We can not guarantee you will be allowed to drive the sled during this experience

Dogsled tours are available at Targhee on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am, 1:30pm, 3:00pm throughout the winter season.
