Our campsites, located at the back of Lot 2, put you just steps from the snow and lifts so you can roll out of your van and onto the mountain. Being this close means more time on the slopes, less time commuting, and easy access to all the resort’s dining, events, and amenities.

- Pool Day Pass – Take a soak in the hot tub, swim in the heated pool, or enjoy a refreshing shower after a big day in the powder. (Coming soon...)
- Howl Campfires – Approved even under Stage 1 & 2 fire bans, these are the only campfires allowed at Grand Targhee. Gather your crew, stay warm, and enjoy cozy evenings under the stars (or falling snow).

CAMPING RULES
- Use of pool area and fitness cabin is permitted with Pool Add-On purchase. Pool Add-On also includes use of showers.
- Maximum number of persons may not exceed 5, and the maximum number of vehicles may not exceed 1 per space.
- Additional personal vehicles/guests will require to book an additional site. All vehicles in space must be registered with your reservation.
- Camping permits must be hung from your rear-view mirror, taped to the windshield – it must be visible at all times.
- No showers, electrical, water, or waste hook-ups are available. Pack out everything you packed in; trash, recycling, wastewater, sewage.
- You are in bear country! All food items: pet food, coolers, grills, dirty dishes, and trash must be stored in a closed vehicle when not in immediate use.
- Bathroom services are available in the Rendezvous Lodge from 7:00am – 7:00pm.
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm – 7:00am, no generators are permitted between these times. Violation of quiet hours will be asked to leave without refund for violating quiet hours.
- Access to the pool and fitness cabin not included, unless Pool Add-On has been pre-purchased.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of the camper to assess safe access/exit to and from their site. Should any vehicles need any assistance to remove themselves from the area, the camper will be responsible for contracting a tow truck service. Grand Targhee Resort is not responsible for towing vehicles out.
HOW TO BOOK
You can book online or through our reservations team at 307-353-2300 x1, please gather the following information for each guest and email it ahead of time to reservations@grandtarghee.com to expedite the process:

CHECK IN
Guests must be 18 or older to check-in for a reservation. Check-in process can only be completed by the person(s) listed on the reservation. Valid government-issued photo ID, credit card, and vehicle information are required to check-in. You may check-in any time after 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
- Check-in is required prior to parking.
- Camping spaces will be assigned upon check in.
- The Front Desk is open 24/7.
- Pre-purchased lift tickets can be picked up at check-in.
- Use of pool area and fitness cabin is not permitted unless Pool Add-On has been pre-purchased.
howl campfires
Howl Campfires are the only campfires that are Stage 1 and Stage 2 fire ban approved. We traditionally have not allowed campfires in our camping areas due to the risk of wildfire. Howl Campfires can be rented at the front desk only. The cost is $30/night and comes with 1 propane tank. Additional propane may be purchased for $20/tank. The Howl can work on 1 tank for 6.5 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside 24 hours of arrival date will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. If you need to cancel on the arrival date you forfeit the entire cost of your stay. All cancellation fees will be applied per camping site.
No changes will be permitted within 24 hours of arrival. No-shows, early departures, and unused nights are nonrefundable. Leniency can be made in case of severe weather.
Grand Targhee Resort reserves the right to modify reservation policies without prior notice. Reservations may be canceled by Grand Targhee Resort, for any or no cause or reason. In the event of cancellation by the resort, reservations will be re-booked, relocated, or refunded in full. Notice (which may be sent via e-mail) of cancellation will be provided.
