Welcome to the Huckleberry Patch Daycare!
Let your little ones have fun while you hit the slopes! Our licensed childcare center is perfect for kids ages 1 to 5. We provide a full day of tailored, age-appropriate programming that includes indoor and outdoor activities.
Toddler Program (1 - 2 years): Your toddler will enjoy a day full of play, songs, books, crafts, gross mother and interactive fine motor skill activities!
Preschool Program (3-5 years): Your preschooler will let their imagination soar with our play-based programming. Our days are a mixture of child-led play, reading aloud, peer engagement, outside adventures, guided crafts and more! Each week offers new learning opportunities through our different themes! TINY TURNS PRIVATE LESSONS
If your 3-5 year old is ready, try our private Tiny Turns lessons to help them transition into ski or snowboard lessons. You can add a discounted Tiny Turns lesson to your daycare reservation.
For young rippers ready for more time on the snow, our new Mighty Turns package combines morning daycare with an extended afternoon lesson. It’s designed for kids who already have slope experience and no longer need a midday rest. Parents get the freedom of a full day on the mountain, while kids enjoy the perfect mix of care, play, and skill-building—all bundled into one convenient package.

QUICK NOTES
- Space is limited. Advanced bookings recommended, especially during peak times and holidays.
- Half-day bookings are available day of only, if space allows.
- Please complete and email all necessary forms and waivers ahead of time; they can be found below in Waivers and Documents.
- Immunization Records or an Exemption Letter (from the state, due to medical or religious reasons) is required.
- Includes indoor and outdoor play, snacks and lunch.
- Please bring cold weather clothing and listed items needed for all children. The list can be found in the Waivers and Documents section.
How To Book
Book online or through our reservations team at 307-353-2300 x1, please gather the following information for each guest.
- Parent/Guardian's First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth
- Child's First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth
- Parent Email Address

Please note: our staff is actively working with children during the day. Our office hours for booking future reservations and responding to questions are daily from 8:00am - 8:30am and 4:15pm - 5:15pm.
CHeck-In
Please check-in at the Huckleberry Patch Daycare, located across from the Plaza near the top of the conveyor, with all required paperwork listed under “Waivers and Documents”. You may email all forms and sign waivers ahead of time to expedite the check-in process. Check-In for both Full Day and Half Day bookings is from 8:30am – 9:30am.
Make sure you have read the Huckleberry Patch Daycare Details, Policies, and Procedures that are attached to the registration form. You will find details on what to bring with your child and have an understanding of our policies for drop-off, sickness, emergency care, medications, disciplines, expulsion and suspension, and more, as they are required by the state of Wyoming.
To expedite your check-in process at the daycare, we recommend completing and emailing in the required forms below at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Please email them to daycare@grandtarghee.com, or call 307-353-2300 x 1326 to speak with Huckleberry Patch Daycare staff regarding any questions. All forms and information can be found below in the waivers and documents section.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will be charged a processing fee of $25 per child per day. Cancellations made within 72 hours of service date, or no shows will forfeit the total cost of the booking. Every effort will be made to reschedule child care bookings with 72-hour advance notice, change is subject to availability. An additional fee may apply for child care booking changes.
sick DAY CANCELLATION policy
To protect the health and wellness of all children, families, and staff in our care, we require adherence to the following illness-related cancellation policy:
Day-of Illness Reporting (Before 8:00 AM):
- If symptoms or illness (as listed in our sick policy) are emailed before 8:00 AM on the reservation day: $25 fee per child, remainder issued as stored credit.
Same-Day Illness Cancellations After 8:00 AM or Sick Drop-Offs:
- If illness is reported after 8:00 AM, or if a sick child is dropped off or sent home due to symptoms,
- Full day’s reservation will be charged.
Please refer to our full sick policy for symptoms that exclude a child from care. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and healthy!
