Targhee Steakhouse
The flagship of Grand Targhee dining is the Targhee Steakhouse. Fine slopeside dining from sunrise to moonrise, food prepared with inspiration, genuinely friendly service and intimate ambiance is the standard here. The Targhee Steakhouse has great steaks, of course, but that is only part of the picture. Local and imported game, pastas and unique and wonderfully upscale dishes fill out the rest of the story. Compliment your meal with a glass of fine wine, a microbrew or a cocktail and don't forget about our delicious desserts. Hours of Operation: Breakfast 7:30-10:30am; Lunch 11:30am-2pm; Dinner 5:30pm-9:30pm
Snorkel's Cafe
Snorkel's is located at the epicenter of the village scene, steps from the Dreamcatcher Express lift. Begin with a Liftline Breakfast Burrito and a double espresso. Lunch switches to deli mode with homemade soups and chili, panini breads and wraps to compliment your favorite conventional deli selections. Multiple drinks are available, including beer and wine. We switch to Cosmic pizza mode at 4pm. To compliment the extensive pizza flavors, we add baked Italian grinders, pasta specials and fresh-tossed Caesar salad. This is a family friendly place and a good place for a hot cocoa stop as you come off the tubing hill. Winter Hours of Operation: Breakfast 7am-11am; Lunch 11am-4pm; Dinner 4pm-8pm Closed for Summer
Wild Bill's Grille
What is a ski resort without a day lodge cafeteria? Ours is Wild Bill's Grille but no canned chili here. Standouts are the South of the Border offerings expertly prepared by Chef "Nacho" and the best salad bar ever. "Nacho" brought the true flavor of Mexico to the Tetons back in 1988 and opened Targhee's fist authentic Mexican Restaurant and our guests were hooked. Winter Hours of Operation: 11am-3pm Closed for Summer
Winter Sleigh Ride Dinners
Ready for an unusual dining experience? Take a ride on a horse-drawn sleigh with an authentic cowboy. Paul Martin and his trusty steed teams Prince & Maude or Pete & Cap will definitely provide a memorable vacation experience. Your destination is our high altitude yurt where Paul will treat your group to a western-style dinner complete with scones and honey butter. Dress in layers for the ride can be brisk, but the yurt is warm and cozy. You will be treated to a western-style dinner with your choice of steak, chicken or vegetarian fare.
