Lodging Policies

We require a deposit at the time of booking of a one night stay plus tax. If you cancel outside of 30 days, we refund the initial advance deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. We do process FULL payment 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days and before 14 days, we refund the FULL amount less the initial advance deposit. In the unlikely event you need to cancel within 14 days, you forfeit the entire amount.

Check in is at 4:00 pm.
Check out is at 11:00 am.
If not checked out by this time, a late fee of $150.00 will be applied to the final bill.

In Summer, Kids 14 and under stay, ride the chairlift (one ride) and eat breakfast free with a paid adult on a package; one child per each paid adult in the same room.

In Winter, Kids 14 and under stay and ski free with a paid adult on a package; one child per each paid adult in the same room.

Pets are not permitted at Grand Targhee Resort, except for Service Animals. Please make arrangements for your pets elsewhere prior to your arrival. Crenshaw Kennels (208) 787-2420 or Trail Creek Pet Center (208) 354-2571.

As of June 1, 2008, Grand Targhee Resort has taken a significant step forward by going smoke free. The policy asks all visitors and employees of the resort to refrain from smoking anywhere at the resort except for in one designated area (located near the island of trees in the main parking lot- subject to change). Appropriate trash receptacles will be located in this area. Thank you.
